US Health & Insurance Data Management Processor (HRO Operations)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Shift: Night Shift & 24×7 Rotational Support
Work Mode: Work from Office
Education: Bachelor's Degree – Graduation is compulsory
Job Overview
We are looking for a US Health & Insurance Data Management Processor to provide accurate and efficient support for employee health and insurance data management. The role involves managing employee benefit transactions, maintaining data accuracy, handling Workday and HRMS applications, and supporting US health and insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee health and insurance benefit data for the US region.
Handle Hire-to-Retire activities using Workday.
Process benefit transactions related to US Health Plans.
Manage and maintain employee data across Workday, Alight TBA, HRMS, and Mercer applications.
Perform data validation and audits to ensure data accuracy and hygiene.
Prepare and publish weekly and monthly transaction reports.
Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and deadlines.
Identify and resolve data-related issues while maintaining high attention to detail.
Handle confidential employee information with appropriate due diligence.
Present data and reports in a clear and logical manner.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries and meet business requirements.
Support transition, pilot activities, and knowledge transfer when required.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in US Health & Insurance Benefits.
Strong knowledge of US Health and Insurance Benefits.
Workday experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of Alight TBA is preferred.
Experience with US health plan lifecycle and benefit transactions.
Workday reporting experience, including data validation and auditing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of SLA management and adherence.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
Client-facing experience is required.
Experience with transition/pilot activities and KT is an added advantage.
Eligibility & Important Requirements
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Candidates must be comfortable working in Night Shift and 24×7 rotational shifts.
Work from Office only – no work-from-home option.
Candidates should be flexible with extended working hours when required.
PAN and DOB are required for employee profile creation in the database.
Former and/or current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible.
