*ROLE OVERVIEW:*

We are hiring a Pricing Analyst / Team Lead to develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies to support revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver commercially viable and customer-centric pricing solutions. You will play a key role in deal structuring, RFQ / RFP responses, and pricing governance.

*EDUCATION:*

- 15 years of regular, full-time education is mandatory - 10+2+3

- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

*KEY SKILLS:* Finance and Accounting, OTC, BPS, Pricing and Contracting

*MUST HAVE:*

- Expertise in BPS, Pricing and Contracting

- 7-8 years of experience in Pricing / Commercial Finance / FP&A / Contracting

- Global and client-facing experience preferred

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Working knowledge of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization

- Advanced Excel - Data visualization tools experience is a plus

- ERP exposure - SAP, Oracle, or equivalent

- Strong understanding of pricing strategies - cost-based, value-based, competitive pricing

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple deals at once
