Job Title: Procurement Operations Associate – French / Italian / Portuguese
Description for role:
We are looking for Procurement Operations Associates with proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese to support global procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement or supply chain operations and be capable of processing procurement requests while communicating effectively with international stakeholders.
The role involves handling Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes, ensuring SLA compliance, maintaining process quality, and supporting procurement operations in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and support Purchase Order (PO) creation accurately.
Perform procurement request validation and due diligence checks.
Handle procurement-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Support procurement operations using French, Italian, or Portuguese language skills.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and company policies.
Monitor daily productivity and maintain process accuracy.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve procurement issues.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and procurement guidelines.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Perform peer quality checks to ensure error-free processing.
Maintain proper documentation and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Supply Chain Operations.
Proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking).
Basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
Experience in Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processing is preferred.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
