Job Summary

We are looking for a Portuguese Language Specialist to support Procurement Operations. The role involves providing Portuguese language support for procurement activities, processing purchase requests, assisting in Purchase Order (PO) creation, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Read, understand, and communicate business/process-related information in Portuguese.
Support Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.
Validate procurement requests and assist in Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Ensure timely and accurate processing while meeting SLAs and quality standards.
Handle customer and stakeholder queries in Portuguese.
Follow up on pending procurement requests for timely closure.
Perform quality checks and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Attend business calls with client teams as required.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Portuguese (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Experience with PR/SC processing and Purchase Order (PO) support.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational night shifts.

Eligibility

Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Rotational Night Shift:
- 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN Card and Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation.
