Project Manager – Reservations

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager – Reservations to manage system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end system migration activities with minimal business disruption.
Coordinate new hotel onboarding across Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.
Manage OTA onboarding and integration activities through timely setup and go-live.
Track revenue performance, business metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and leadership presentations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Identify delays, risks, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
Maintain project documentation, action logs, trackers, and status reports.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure accountability and closure of open items.
Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong project management and execution skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of revenue and performance metrics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, reports, trackers, and presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of hotel systems, OTA platforms, distribution channels, or hospitality operations is an added advantage.
