Role/Skill Name: Delivery Manager - PTP
Grade: BPO 5 - 10-15 years
Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Location: Pune
Education: B.com/M.com/MBA finance
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Core Competencies
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Robust PTP (Procure-to-Pay) domain expertise and accounting knowledge
-Proven experience in managing large teams (100+ FTEs)
-Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvement opportunities
-Strong review and control mechanism knowledge
Operational Responsibilities
-Ensure all Delivery/Group Lead deliverables are completed on time, fully compliant with relevant standards and policies, and accurately reported
-Ensure adherence to all SLA and KPI targets
-Handle quality control activities and support internal/external audits
-Prepare and review dashboards for performance metrics and service levels
-Support teams with AP/AR domain knowledge as required
Leadership & Escalation Management
-Manage escalations effectively and maintain high client satisfaction
-Participate in all strategic decision-making discussions with the customer
-Look for business opportunities to enable revenue growth
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
-Actively engage in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve process performance
-Drive transformation through process simplification, automation, and cost optimization
-Demonstrate a strong mindset and zeal for continuous improvement
Addon Requirements
-Educational Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance (Commerce graduate or postgraduate)
-Conflict Resolution:
Demonstrated ability to proactively address and resolve conflicts with a positive and
solutionoriented approach.
-Analytical Strength:
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the capability to evaluate complex
situations and drive effective outcomes.
-Communication Skills:
Excellent communication abilities across all levels of the organization, with clarity,
influence, and professionalism.
-Behavioral Competencies:
Strong intellectual curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset, proactive
attitude, and drive to identify and implement better ways of working.
Good to have:
-10+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payables with a span of 30+ FTEs
-Knowledge of various ERPs’- SAP S4 Hana, MS Office, Advanced Excel
-Indian Accounting Knowledge
-Should have exposure of various transformation tools along with AI
