Are you an experienced P2P, Accounts Payable, or Procurement Operations leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We are looking for a Purchasing & Administration Team Lead to oversee high-volume transactional operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure world-class service delivery for global clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced shared services environment while working with international stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire Your Team
Manage and mentor a team handling high-volume Purchasing & Administration (P2P/AP) operations.
Drive team performance by achieving productivity, quality, SLA, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process controls.
Coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and support continuous learning and development.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Operations
Oversee Purchase Order (PO) creation, approvals, and processing.
Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) requests and resolve operational issues.
Supervise invoice receipting, including bulk and consolidated invoices.
Monitor open Purchase Orders and GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) reports.
Resolve Accounts Payable (AP) issues including overdue payments, missing invoices, statement reconciliations, and supplier payment queries.
Supplier & Financial Administration
Maintain supplier master data, banking details, and compliance documentation.
Review FX payments, accruals, journals, and month-end financial activities.
Ensure accurate processing of daily, fortnightly, and monthly financial transactions.
Reporting & Governance
Prepare operational dashboards, supplier reports, and management reports.
Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity across internal systems.
Monitor SLA compliance and proactively prevent escalations.
Support leadership with reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance, Procurement, Operations, suppliers, and global stakeholders.
Coordinate with offshore and client teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Build strong relationships while resolving operational issues efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Mandatory Requirements
8–12 years of experience in:
Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Procurement Operations
Shared Services
Financial Operations
Proven experience leading teams in high-volume transactional environments.
Strong knowledge of:
Purchase Orders (PO)
Invoice Processing
Receipting
Journals
Accruals
GRNI
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Experience working with offshore or global shared services teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle JD Edwards, or similar Purchasing & Administration platforms.
Knowledge of procurement compliance and supplier governance.
Experience with Power BI or other reporting and business intelligence tools.
