Job Title: Quality Analyst (Six Sigma Black Belt Certified)

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: Up to 20 LPA
Band: BPO 6

We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst with a mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt Certification to lead quality transformation and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quality management, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards across projects.
Lead Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) initiatives to improve processes and reduce defects.
Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Prepare quality reports and dashboards using tools such as Minitab, Power BI, or Excel.
Design and implement process improvement frameworks to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives and project deliverables.
Mentor and coach team members on Six Sigma tools and best practices.
Present quality insights and improvement plans to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications:

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Mandatory)
10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or related roles
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and quality improvement tools
Experience with Minitab, Power BI, MS Excel, or similar analytics tools
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and CMMI
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of automation tools for quality improvement
Prior experience in IT Services or Consulting
