TCS is hiring an experienced Quality Analyst with mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt certification to drive quality excellence and process improvement initiatives across projects. The role requires strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data analysis, quality management systems, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor project quality standards and processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational and client quality objectives.
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC/DMADV methodologies.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement frameworks.
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project and quality goals.
Mentor and train team members on Six Sigma tools and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or related domains.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in IT Services / Consulting will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
