About the role

We are hiring a Record to Report (R2R) Operations Specialist in Navi Mumbai to join a Finance Operations team focused on account reconciliations. You will collect operational data and reports, analyse them, and reconcile transactions to support accurate financial outcomes. This includes working with reconciliation accounts, which are general ledger accounts that summarise sub-ledger accounts and receive no direct postings. You will solve moderately complex problems, adapt existing methods to create new solutions and, where needed, manage small teams or work efforts for a client. The role suits a commerce professional with 7 to 11 years of experience. It is a full-time role with rotational shifts, and a salary of ₹11.5 to ₹16 LPA.

Key responsibilities

• Collect operational data and reports, and analyse them to support financial outcome
  
• Perform account reconciliations, including general ledger reconciliation accounts that summarise sub-ledgers
  
• Reconcile transactions, investigate differences and drive open items to closure
  
• Analyse and solve moderately complex problems
  
• Create new solutions by using and adapting existing methods and procedures
  
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align your work with team goals
  
• Work with your direct supervisor, and with peers and client management when needed
  
• Manage small teams or work efforts at the client
  
• Make decisions that affect your team, with guidance on new assignments
  

Required qualifications and experience

• 7 to 11 years of experience in Record to Report, with a focus on account reconciliations
  
• Education in commerce: B.Com, MBA (Finance), BMS (Finance) or CA Inter
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage small teams or work efforts
  
• Good communication skills for working with supervisors, peers and client management
  
• Willing to work rotational shifts
