Lead Strategic Real Estate Procurement for a Global Enterprise
Are you an experienced Strategic Sourcing or Procurement professional with expertise in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or Capital Projects? Join Us as a Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager and lead high-value sourcing initiatives that shape workplace infrastructure across global operations.
In this strategic leadership role, you'll drive sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, commercial negotiations, and contract governance while delivering cost savings, operational excellence, and long-term business value.
What You'll Do
As the Real Estate Sourcing Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end procurement and commercial activities across real estate and workplace categories while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-critical projects.
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
Develop and execute category strategies across real estate and workplace-related spend.
Lead sourcing initiatives for:
Leased Office Spaces
Facilities Management Services
Office Fit-Out Projects
Building Maintenance
Utilities
Workplace Services
Property Support Services
Balance cost optimization, service quality, compliance, and operational risk across all sourcing activities.
Supplier & Commercial Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers through RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
Lead commercial negotiations, supplier selection, contract discussions, and pricing strategies.
Establish long-term supplier partnerships focused on value creation and service excellence.
Conduct supplier performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Facilities, Workplace Services, Operations, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
Support site selection, lease negotiations, and commercial evaluations for new and existing facilities.
Align sourcing strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
Provide procurement expertise throughout project lifecycles.
Contract & Risk Management
Manage contract governance throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegated authority, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive contract value realization and supplier accountability.
Market Intelligence & Process Improvement
Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, industry benchmarks, and regulatory developments.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, demand optimization, and sourcing innovation.
Standardize sourcing processes, templates, reporting, and governance frameworks.
Coach and mentor procurement team members while promoting procurement best practices.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in:
Business Administration
Supply Chain Management
Real Estate
Engineering
Finance
Facilities Management
Or a related discipline
8–15 years of procurement experience, with 10+ years preferred, in one or more of the following:
Strategic Sourcing
Procurement
Category Management
Commercial Management
Real Estate Procurement
Facilities Procurement
Workplace Services
Capital Projects
Proven experience managing high-value sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
