Job Title: Real Estate Sourcing Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8–15 Years

Role Overview

TCS is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead strategic sourcing and commercial management for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves procurement strategy, supplier governance, contract management, lease negotiations, facilities procurement, stakeholder management, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate and workplace categories.
Lead procurement for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance, utilities, and workplace services.
Conduct supplier identification, RFx events, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.
Manage contract negotiations and supplier governance activities.
Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Workplace Services teams.
Support site selection, lease negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Monitor supplier performance and SLA compliance.
Drive savings, cost optimization, and value realization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegated authority, and audit requirements.
Lead supplier performance reviews and resolve vendor issues.
Mentor team members and standardize sourcing processes and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–15 years of Strategic Sourcing / Procurement experience.
Experience in Real Estate Procurement or Facilities Procurement.
Category Management.
Contract Management.
Supplier Management.
Commercial Negotiation.
Vendor Management.
Market Analysis.
Risk Management.

Strong communication and analytical skills.
