Role/Skill: Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–7 Years
Band: BPO 2/3
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Role Summary

Support the execution of sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories by coordinating sourcing events, supplier interactions, documentation, commercial analysis, and contract/service management activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Experience Required

2–7 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Facilities Procurement, Workplace Services Procurement, Real Estate Operations Support, or related commercial roles.
Experience in supplier coordination, contract administration, commercial analysis, and procurement operations.
Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sourcing events for assigned real estate and facilities categories, including supplier outreach, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation support.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather scope, technical requirements, service levels, site details, and budget expectations.
Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance checks.
Maintain sourcing records, supplier databases, commercial files, and contract trackers in line with governance requirements.
Track contract milestones, renewals, supplier commitments, and service issues to ensure operational continuity.
Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance data to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
Assist in supplier negotiations, review meetings, and corrective action follow-ups.
Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams to resolve sourcing, invoicing, ordering, and contract administration issues.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, approval controls, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
