Job Description

Hiring: RTR – Lead

Process: FAO – R2R
Location: Chennai | 100% WFO
Experience: 5–8 Years | Band: BPO 3
CTC: Up to 9 LPA

Key Skills:
• 5+ yrs FnA / GL experience
• Month-end close & Balance Sheet analysis
• Complex accounting & Journals (Revenue Recognition)
• Reporting, dashboards & open-item resolution
• Client governance & SLA management
• Team training & process improvement
• AR experience required
• Oracle ERP experience preferred
• Strong communication, analytical & decision-making skills

⏰ Willingness to work night & rotational shifts required.

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
