About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Operations Specialist fluent in Russian to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will provide critical Russian-language support for end-to-end procurement and supply chain workflows. You will act as a primary operational link—reviewing requests, processing Purchase Orders (POs), and engaging directly with Russian-speaking suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational delivery within agreed SLAs and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Russian Language Operational Support:
- Support Russian-language communication with external vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational queries and clarify procurement requests.
- Receive, translate, and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Carts (SC) submitted in Russian, validating standard checkpoints before Purchase Order (PO) creation.
- Participate in weekly client calls and business reviews with local Russian-speaking regional teams.
Procurement Execution & SLA Delivery:
- Support PO creation, validation, and tracking while maintaining strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Follow up on open procurement items, pending approvals, and third-party queries using defined escalation matrices.
- Perform peer-to-peer quality audits to minimize processing errors and maintain baseline deliverable standards.
- Track and meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual productivity and accuracy SLAs.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain strict compliance with client legal, statutory, and quality requirements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and assist in driving process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain personal development plans and complete internal organizational compliance requirements on time.

Required Knowledge & Technical Skills

Primary Skill: High proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the Russian language in a professional business setting.
Secondary Skill: Working knowledge of procurement cycles, supply chain fundamentals, PR/SC validation, and PO creation support.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard procurement software.

Soft Skills & Competencies

High accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in processing transaction requests.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills for stakeholder management.
Strong team spirit and customer-centric approach under tight SLA deadlines.
