Role: Sales and Radio Ad Operations
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Radio Ad Operations professional with 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, ad scheduling, and traffic coordination within the media or broadcasting industry. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume advertising campaigns, ensure accurate ad placement, coordinate creative asset delivery, and optimise schedules to maximise campaign performance while maintaining compliance with broadcast standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ad scheduling and trafficking for radio and broadcast campaigns.
Oversee the delivery of creative assets, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and broadcast standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve traffic and scheduling issues promptly.
Ensure advertisements are scheduled accurately and aired according to campaign requirements.
Perform quality checks to prevent overbooking, duplication, or incorrect ad placements.
Optimise advertising schedules to maximise campaign reach and efficiency.
Handle last-minute schedule changes while maintaining campaign integrity.
Generate post-campaign reports and analyse campaign performance metrics.
Recommend process improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and client ROI.
Maintain accurate documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.

3–5 years of experience in campaign management, traffic coordination, or ad scheduling within the media, radio, television, or broadcasting industry.
Experience working with linear TV, radio, or digital broadcasting organisations is preferred.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
