Job Description – Senior Manager / Lead – FP&A
Deal: Romulus
Function: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Career Level: 8 & 9
Experience: 10–15 Years
CTC: ₹31.11 LPA
Location: As per business requirement
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial planning, performance management, business partnering, and strategic financial decision-making. The role will have strong ownership of P&L, working capital, forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive P&L planning, analysis, and performance management.
Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
Lead working capital management and cash-flow forecasting.
Drive zero-based budgeting (ZBB) and annual operating planning.
Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost optimization and business improvement opportunities.
Support financial controllership and ensure accuracy of financial information.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership for business decision-making.

Experience
10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, business finance, controllership, or related finance functions.
Important
Sales & Marketing profiles/experience are not relevant for this position.
