Experience: Overall 15+ years in business development / operations with 3 years+ in transitioning US Healthcare BPO functions

Band: BPO 7/8

**RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Deliver multiple transitions with on-time go-lives and zero escalations.

2. Improved leadership visibility through standardized dashboards and executive reporting.

**REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS**

+ 3 years+ experience in transitioning US Healthcare BPO functions (Claims Adj, Appeals, Benefit Configuration)

**MUST HAVE**

+ Experience in transitioning US Healthcare BPO functions (Claims Adj, Appeals, Benefit Configuration)

+ Excellent Transition Management

+ Business Intelligence & Analytics

+ Stakeholder & Client Management

+ Data Visualization & Reporting

**GOOD TO HAVE**

+ Define analytics strategy, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

*PAN and DOB are required for profile creation*

**Graduation is required**
