Job Title : Technical Support Executive / Customer Service Executive | International Voice | Hyderabad
Job Description :
We are hiring Technical Support Executives and Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates with experience in International Technical Support or International Customer Service are encouraged to apply.
The role involves delivering outstanding customer support, resolving technical and service-related issues, ensuring first-call resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries via voice support.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Deliver first-call resolution whenever possible.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Diagnose issues through effective questioning and problem analysis.
Meet SLA, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain excellent customer experience while adhering to company policies.
Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up until resolution.
Required Qualifications
Graduate (Mandatory).
International Voice experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (CEFR B2/C1 preferred).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good computer knowledge and CRM experience.
Immediate joiners only (Notice Period: 0 Days).
