Sourcing & Procurement – Team Leader / SME

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

Key Skills

Excellent understanding of Sourcing & Procurement
Team Leadership experience in Sourcing / Procurement
Experience managing domestic & international suppliers/customers
Knowledge of MS Office
Exposure to Oracle, Coupa & SAP
Excellent spoken & written communication
Collaboration & influencing skills
Strong analytical and result-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of 10–15 members, including recruitment, training & attrition management
Manage daily processes, performance metrics & SLAs
Initiate process controls, quality plans & risk mitigation initiatives
Liaise with clients regarding delivery requirements
Resolve queries from requesters & suppliers
Handle contract & catalog creation, administration and compliance
Support category teams with spend consolidation & PO reviews
Identify and resolve process exceptions
Drive process improvement
Ensure strong governance, controls & compliance
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
