Lead HR Ops + SAP SuccessFactors for global clients. 5-8 yrs exp with strong Employee Central, L2 support, SAP/SF integration & reporting needed. Own EC lifecycle, RCA, SIPOC, process transitions & SLAs. BPO/Shared Services exp preferred. SF EC certified = plus.
