EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

 12-20 years of experience in core Finance & Accounts

 CPA, CA,CWA is desirable

 Working with quick turn-around deadlines on working with Global stakeholders

SKILLS

 Language requirement – English

 Strong analytical skills

 10+ years of team handling experience

 Spearhead periodical reviews and calls with stakeholders

 Effective management of SLAs & KPIs

 Good exposure in to escalation management

 Having prior experience in to performance management

 Excellent command of English both in written and spoken with customer service orientation

 Strong understanding of processes and process improvement

 Exposure in managing customer floor walks

 Analytical, decision making, problem solving, and people management skills

 Results-oriented leader

 Good exposure in multiple ERP

 Certifications like Six Sigma Green belt

 Exposure in handling BCP situations will be preferable

 KT / Transition experience will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Overall Manage all the F&A towers – PTP , OTC , RTR including Payroll , Project Costing & Treasury

 Support audits (Statutory, internal) & GFCs compliances, SLAs reviews,

 Ensure smooth close month end and Quarter end.

 Corporate governance incl signing audit financials, clearing audit observations, working with external auditors & consultants, Tax audits, Transfer pricing audits, regulatory reporting,

 Stakeholders management across countries, supporting them in query resolutions, adhoc reporting etc.

 People management includes mentoring and supporting in resolving queries, 1:1 with team, performance discussions, team huddles etc.

 Manages stakeholder relationships, provides people leadership, resolves queries, driving team performance and ensures timely completion of internal and external audits.

 Oversees monthly/quarterly close, audits (internal/external), reconciliations, corporate governance, and financial compliance.

 Drive transformation & Process Improvement

 Manages team performance, provides mentoring, and supports issue resolution.

 Monitoring Exceptions Management

 Supervise all sub-processes such as period end close, book closure, financial analysis, fixed assets records updation, etc.

 Ensure that books of accounts are updated on a regular basis

 Ensure all relevant controls are in place and adherence to SOX compliance

 Arrange for periodic trainings to the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes

 Periodic calls and meetings with client to discuss SLA/KPI compliance and ongoing plans to improve processes

 Drive Governance meetings with business

PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
