Main Purpose of role
▪ This role supports the HR Operations team of our client. The role requires the incumbent to work from and hire Blue Collar candidates for our client.
Domain Skills
▪ Understanding of Blue-Collar Hiring market
▪ Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes like, Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordinating across stakeholders, etc.
▪ Rigour in Managing open positions
▪ Willingness to travel to ITI institute to create eligible pool and hiring
▪ Analytical skills
▪ Good communication to manage discussions with Candidates and Hiring manager
▪ Experience of hiring NAPS / NATS & Temp workforce is an added advantage.
Knowledge, skills and experience
Technical experience required (e.g. – MS Excel, MS Word, System Knowledge to basic / intermediate / expert level): Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, SAP
Any other desirable skills/experience relevant to role: Experience of handling a wide range of diverse, sensitive activities within a customer facing environment.
Key Result Areas
Delivery of an effective, efficient and timely hiring in line with agreed service levels, regulatory guidelines and statutory/legal requirements.
