• Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes.

• Demonstrate strong understanding of the complete Accounts Payable cycle, including Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master, and Travel & Expense (T&E).

• Ensure adherence to Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters, SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.

• Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure daily audits are completed and audit results are reported to internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 Whys reports for errors, with effective preventive action plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of team deliverables in compliance with applicable standards and policies.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), turnaround time (TAT), and accuracy targets.

• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage internal reporting and ensure SLA compliance.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity, TAT, and accuracy targets.

Good to Have

• B.Com, M.Com, or a postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, particularly Accounts Payable and P2P operations.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel.
