Training Lead – SCM [SAP Ariba P2P]
Location: Pan India | Work Setup:Onsite
Remote as per project Shift: Rotational Flexible, Night Shift Included

Role Summary
Lead training and change enablement for SAP Ariba P2P [Guided Buying] and new procurement ways of working. Facilitate learning for internal procurement teams and global end-users across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Deliver and facilitate training on SAP Ariba P2P [Guided Buying], SAP 4/HANA, Source-to-Contract, P2P [PR/PO/GR/Invoicing], Sourcing & Supplier Management lifecycles
- Learning Content: Support multiple learning formats: facilitator-led programs, experiential self-learning modules, and knowledge articles for transactional end-user activities
- Collaboration: Work with L&D to align tools and content. Liaise with Country Change Champions for pilot testing. Support Change Manager and Project Coordinators on training schedules and dependencies
- Material Governance: Ensure all training materials meet client learning standards and are published via the learning center, under guidance of the Global Training Manager
Must-Have Skills
- Domain: Training experience in Sourcing & Procurement. Strong knowledge of PR to PO processes
- Systems: SAP Ariba knowledge across procurement processes. SAP exposure preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication, Cross-functional collaboration, Presentation skills
Good to Have
Source-to-Pay expertise, Experience in large international transformation programs, Corporate L&D background
Experience Required
4–7 years in Learning & Development/Training within a large international organization. Experience delivering to large, global user bases in procurement/finance operations or transformation context.
Working Conditions
Rotational and flexible shifts mandatory, including night shifts. Pan India role.
