Role Summary:

Lead AI-driven automation for Media Domain, driving scalable quality solutions across

OTT, Ad Operations and content platforms. Own automation strategy, execution, and

governance with focus on quality, productivity, and faster releases.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define and drive AI-first automation roadmap aligned to delivery goals for Media

Domain

 Lead AI led automation across OTT streaming, AdTech/Ad Ops workflows and

content systems

 Balance AI decisioning with manual validation

 Validate data pipelines, analytics, and reporting systems

 Establish automation standards and ensure audit-ready processes

 Leverage GenAI / intelligent automation for test generation, self-healing, and

predictive quality

 Ensure validation across web, mobile, and deOwn automation execution and defect lifecycle management

 Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and business stakeholders

 Provide insights through dashboards and metrics

Technical Skills:

 Programming: Python, Java, JavaScript

 Automation: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress

 Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP

Leadership Competencies:

 AI-led transformation experience

 Experience in leading automation or QA transformation programs

 Strong stakeholder communication and strategic thinking

 Experience in managing distributed teams

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / AI or related field (mandatory)

 Master’s degree (preferred)
