Job Title : VOD Operations Associate
Job Description
We are hiring a VOD Team Member / VOD Operations Associate in Bangalore with 1–3 years of experience in BPO Operations, Metadata Management, Content Operations, Ticket Handling, Quality Assurance, and SLA Management. The role involves reviewing and identifying unique findings in third-party databases based on partner metadata, handling daily operational tickets, supporting new partner onboarding, preparing QA data, managing reports, and ensuring all workflows operate within defined SLAs.
This is a BPO Operations role and not an IT position. The role requires strong written communication because candidates will communicate with US-based teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners primarily through email and written communication. Calls are not allowed as part of the process.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Work Mode: Work From Office / Onsite – Mandatory
Shift: Permanent Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities
Metadata & Workflow Management: Manage metadata requests as the primary workflow, identify unique findings in third-party databases, and follow defined instructions and processes.
Ticket Management: Handle daily operational tickets, triage issues, seek clarifications through email where required, and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Stakeholder & Vendor Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, cross-functional teams, vendors, providers, and US-based stakeholders through clear and professional written communication.
Quality & Reporting: Support QA data preparation during new partner onboarding and submit accurate daily and weekly operational reports.
Escalation & Process Improvement: Manage escalations appropriately, support secondary workflows through cross-training, and suggest practical workflow improvements based on operational experience.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree / Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in BPO Operations, Content Operations, Metadata Operations, or a related process.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent articulation.
Strong analytical, decision-making, computer, presentation, and process-oriented skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly, adapt to new workflows, and deliver results within defined timelines.
Experience handling internal/external customers or stakeholders is preferred.
Willingness to work permanently from office and in a fixed night shift is mandatory.
