WFA Processor

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–4 Years

Job Description

We are looking for a WFA Processor with experience in Workforce Administration, Employee Data Management, and Payroll transactions within the Hire-to-Retire process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Employee Data Management and workforce administration activities.
Handle simple to medium-complex Payroll transactions within the Hire-to-Retire process.
Process employee-related transactions accurately while ensuring adherence to defined processes and timelines.
Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance in employee and payroll-related processes.
Support process requirements based on applicable country regulations and policies.

Required Skills

Minimum 2+ years of overall work experience.
At least 1 year of experience in Employee Data Management or back-office operations.
Experience in Workforce Administration.
Experience in handling simple and medium-complex Payroll transactions.
Knowledge of the Hire-to-Retire process.
Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal stakeholders and partner teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with SAP.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience with Kronos.
Awareness of relevant country regulations.
