Looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in banking, financial services or investment banking to join team in Malaysia.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline

3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking, financial services or investment banking

Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills

Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases and process mapping

Understanding of SDLC and Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project-management / documentation tools is an advantage
