Machine Operator – Bending (Fresh Graduate or min 1 year of experience)

Salary Range : RM1,800 – RM2,500

Machine Operator (Bend – CNC Press Brake)

Role Responsibilities

 Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts

 Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments

(Vernier, Micrometer)

 Responsible for operational activities relating to bending machines

 Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and

component supply

 Improve and sustain housekeeping

 Support in training as and when required

 Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Role Requirement

 Minimum 2 years direct working experience operating CNC Press Brake Machine

 Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances

 Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)

 Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for

multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements

 Knowledge of health and safety procedures

 Physically fit to perform all required duties

 Independent self-starter

 Team player, able to work with all levels

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Demonstrate ability to work on assigned welding works and its processes/activities,

ensuring minimum errors and quality work in accordance to production deadlines

 Maintain safe workplace practices, adhering to the Company’s Health & Safety

procedures at all times
