CNC Turret Punch Machine Operator

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Initially 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Candidates must be willing to transition to a 12-hour rotating shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Turret Punch Machines to produce precision metal components.

• Ensure finished products meet specifications using precision measuring tools such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.

• Perform operational activities related to CNC punching machines.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Support training activities when required.

• Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machines in the metal fabrication industry.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints).

• Good understanding of engineering tolerances and precision measurements.

• Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup and changeovers for different products and materials.

• Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices.

• Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
