Job Title: Customer Service Execuitive (Bahasa Indonesian Speaking)

Location: Georgetown, Penang

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Proven experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in person).

Requirements

Familiarity with IOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.

Fluent in the required language Bahasa Indonesia and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Experienced in technical troubleshooting.

Familiarity with various devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs).

Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.

Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.

Self-managing in fast-paced environments.

Embraces challenges and takes on additional responsibilities.

Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure.

Accepts feedback, welcomes coaching, and demonstrates growth.

Willing to Relocate to Penang
