Job Title : Customer Service Executive (E-Hailing & Delivery Project Malaysia Market)
Working Shift: 24 Hours Rotational (Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends)
Salary: 1900 MYR Basic + Allowance 700 MYR
Working days: 6
Shuttle service provided: Yes
Typing Score:Typing Speed 25, Accuracy 100%, Net Speed 25
Location: Johor Bahru
Qualifications:
Education: Completed with SPM, UEC, ICGSE certificate
Language: Bahasa & English (Read, Write & Speak)
Job Description:
-Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products
-Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
