I am Hiring for the open position below
English & Bahasa Speaker – Customer Service
Job Location: Johor, Malaysia.
We are looking for an English and Bahasa Speaker.
Get a virtual interviewed and start immediately.
The Requirement Is As Below:
• Handling of incoming calls and inquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer’s needs (inbound and outbound calls).
• Provide customer support using the English or Bahasa language via phone, email or Chat.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalates problems promptly.
• Ensure necessary and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Degree level or equivalent.
• Candidate with Degree level qualification in other fields of study are also encouraged to apply
• Salary Range - MYR 1800 - MYR 2700 (depending on Experience, assessments, and interview)
• Working Days - 6 days a week, rotational shift, public holidays
