Job Title: Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin Proficient)
Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
Salary Range: MYR 2800 to MYR 3300
Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shift
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a customer success specialist. The candidate should be proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) in Mandarin.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese characters is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software.
