Are you a wizard in the realm of HR Administration, casting spells of efficiency and excellence in processes like Employee Data Management, Benefit Administration, Compensation Administration, and Performance Management? If so, we want YOU to be a vital part of our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Conjure up Hire to Retire transactions magic, including creating/updating positions, new employee records, and providing enchanted new hire info to Payroll/Benefits.

Weave spells of Job Requisition creation and amendment, ensuring the smooth flow of information in our mystical HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, and more!).

Harness the power of linguistic prowess in Mandarin (Read, Write, Speak) to communicate with colleagues and clients across the globe.

Support in updating spells related to Redundancy and redeployment activities, maintaining the sanctity of Employee data in our enchanted system.

Be a guardian of service level agreements, ensuring they are not just met but exceeded!

Requirements:

Graduate in any magical stream

2-3 years of experience in HR Administration, with at least 2 years in HR organizations

Minimum 1 year experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.

Computer proficiency in the sacred arts of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook

Mandarin (Read, Write, Speak)

Results and deadline-driven, with a knack for working independently and as part of a spellbinding team
