Role Responsibilities
• Accurate Sales Order and delivery note processing.
• Handle incoming call, whatsapp and email inquiries.
• Coordinate with logistic and warehouse to ensure smooth goods delivery process.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in providing proper attention on customer feedback or complaint.
• Check on enquiry email and response promptly.
• Maintain proper filling of documents and ensure easy retrievability.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Role Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, able to work with independently and in a team, strong sense of responsibility.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in customer service position with knowledge in MS office
• Required language(s) both spoken and written: English, Mandarin (and/or Cantonese), Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be willing to work at Balakong
• Fresh graduates with enthusiasm in customer service role will be considered.
• Candidates that are fluent in both Mandarin and English are preferred because the work needs candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Working hours
Mon – Fri 8.00am – 530pm
Knowledge in SAP is added advantage
Experience Level: More than 3 years
