Machine Operator – Punch / CNC Turret Punch

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field
Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400 gross, including allowance
Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125
Attendance Allowance: RM 75

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator – Punch / CNC Turret Punch to operate CNC turret punch machines and produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC machine setup, metal fabrication, and reading mechanical engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Turret Punch machines to produce precision parts.
Verify finished workpieces against specifications using precision instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Perform operational activities related to punching machines.
Adjust and change machine setups according to different product lines and material requirements.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure smooth material and component supply.
Maintain and improve workplace housekeeping standards.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Support training activities when required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of direct experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines.
Experience in the Metal Fabrication Industry.
Knowledge and understanding of engineering-specified tolerances.
Ability to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings / Blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and adjustments.
Ability to handle multiple setups across different product lines and material requirements.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Physically fit to perform required duties.
Independent, self-motivated, and responsible.
Strong team player with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Working Hours

Initial Working Hours: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

Future Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts

8:00 AM–8:00 PM
8:00 PM–8:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400 per month, including allowance.
Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125.
Attendance Allowance: RM 75.
