Machine Operator (Punch – CNC Turret Punch)

Designation: Machine Operator (Punch – CNC Turret Punch)
Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Turret Punch machines to produce precision parts.
Verify finished workpieces against specifications using precision instruments such as Vernier and Micrometer.
Perform operational activities related to punching machines.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure smooth material and component supply.
Maintain and improve workplace housekeeping standards.
Support training activities as required.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1–3 years of direct experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines, preferably in the Metal Fabrication industry.
Knowledge of engineering-specified tolerances.
Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings/blueprints.
Strong understanding of machine setup and ability to change machinery for different products and material requirements.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Physically fit to perform required duties.
Independent, self-motivated, and a good team player.
Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Working Hours:

Initially: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Later: 12-hour shifts — 8:00 AM–8:00 PM / 8:00 PM–8:00 AM.
