Data Entry / Operations Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Nationality: Malaysians Only

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and accurate Data Entry / Operations Executive to support data processing, back-office operations, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large volumes of data, following structured processes, and maintaining accuracy while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and back-office processing.
Handle and maintain large volumes of data and records.
Verify information and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Work with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for data processing and reporting.
Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards.
Complete assigned tasks within defined deadlines.
Support banking, financial services, or investment-related operations as required.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling business and financial information.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations, banking, financial services, back-office processing, or a similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and repetitive processes without compromising quality.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
Previous banking or investment banking experience will be an advantage.
