New Job Description
Timely and accurately processing slip data entry, premium validation and entry, submissions etc
Provide support, coach newer members of the team
Handle queries of onshore teams
Graduate (any stream)
Associate: 0-1 years of Insurance experience
Sr. Associate: 1-3 years of Insurance experience
Has understanding of processing slips for multiple classes of specialty business
Good verbal & written English & Mandarin communication Skills
Customer service & problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail
Teamwork
Ability to handle pressure and adaptable to change
