Production Machine Operator

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Minimum SPM or equivalent
Basic Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400
Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125
Attendance Allowance: RM 75
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Shift: Morning & Night shifts may be required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on machine operation experience, good understanding of production procedures, and the ability to maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate machines including extruders, vacuum tanks, haul-off, cutters, and printing machines.
Control and adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and pressure.
Feed dry blend materials into extruder machines.
Conduct online inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications, including OD, thickness, markings, length, and colour.
Count and pack finished products according to requirements.
Identify and resolve machine or production issues during the shift.
Monitor production output and complete hourly checklists.
Maintain records of approved and defective units or finished products.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards at the production workstation.
Follow all health and safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
Perform other duties assigned by the Production Leader or Technical Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
Working knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of production procedures and processes.
Ability to use measuring jigs, calipers, and micrometers is an added advantage.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
Ability to read, count, and maintain production records.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work morning and night shifts when required.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400 per month.
Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125.
Attendance Allowance: RM 75.
