Job Title: Technical Sales Representative (Mandarin and Cantonese Speaker)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative fluent in both Traditional Mandarin and Cantonese to join our dynamic team dedicated to our largest social media client. This role involves leveraging technical expertise in web development and customer support to drive sales in the realm of social media advertising and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance to clients in Mandarin and Cantonese.

- Utilize web development knowledge to address customer queries effectively.

- Collaborate with the help desk and IT support teams to ensure seamless customer service.

- Demonstrate proficiency in social media advertising, digital marketing, and tools such as Pixel, MS Office, and electronic mail systems.

- Apply API/SDK integration skills to enhance client experience.

- Work within county support hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in web development and technical customer consulting.

- At least 1 year of customer support experience.

- Familiarity with social media advertising, digital marketing, and relevant tools.

- Previous exposure to API/SDK integration.

Working Hours:

- County supporting hours (No rotational shift).

- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Compensation:

- RM 4600 to RM 5500 basic salary, plus Sales KPI bonus.
