Vacancy: Trainer - English Speaker
Location - KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur or Kelana Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Salary Range: RM 5,500 to 6,500
Start Date: ASAP/Immediately
Education: Min Degree/Diploma
Specialization: *E-Commerce, Buy Now Pay Later*
Full time-24/7
Language- English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design effective training programs.
• Prepare training materials.
• Conduct training and refreshers.
• Support and mentor new employees.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.
• Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in discipline or equivalent diploma
• At least 2 years training experience
• Fast learner and independent
• Customer Service knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training.
• Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software will be an asset.
• Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities
