We are seeking a Document Controller to join our team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing technical documents and drawings in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are preferred, although fresh graduates with the right skills are welcome to apply.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Document Controller. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong AutoCAD skills.
Knowledge of structural drawings.
Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong document management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documents and technical drawings.
Maintain document control systems and version control.
Review and manage AutoCAD structural drawings and diagrams.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate and timely document updates.
Prepare and maintain document registers.
Ensure documents are properly organized, tracked, and accessible to relevant project teams.

Job Details

Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000, depending on experience
Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia
Eligibility: Malaysians only
