Customer Service Specialist (Native Taiwanese)

Location: Penang, Malaysia
Language: Taiwanese – Native
Experience: Customer service experience preferred
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off – Rotational Shifts

Job Description:

Handle customer inquiries and provide professional and timely assistance.
Communicate with customers in Taiwanese at a native level.
Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Accurately record customer interactions and relevant information.
Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is required.

Shift Details:

Monday–Friday: Between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Two-shift rotational schedule
5 working days and 2 days off

Requirements:

Must be a Native Taiwanese speaker.
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, as required for EP processing.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
Able to work in Penang, Malaysia.
