Assembly Technician
Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia | Immediate Start | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
Build the backbone of critical infrastructure. As an Assembly Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, turning components into fully assembled rack solutions—EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casings, and more—that power data centres and enterprises. You’ll own the hands-on assembly process, manage incoming and outgoing goods, and keep production lines moving with precision and safety. What You’ll Do
Rack Assembly & Production: Assemble a variety of rack products according to specifications, ensuring quality and consistency at every step. You’ll work with EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing, and other enclosures.
Inventory & Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods. For outgoing shipments, you’ll check quantities, package items securely in pallets or wooden cases, and prepare them for dispatch.
Picking & Kitting: Act as the dedicated picker for both in-house and third-party products. Generate pick lists for rack assembly jobs, ensuring all required components are staged accurately and on time.
Forklift Operations: Safely load and unload products using a forklift—holding a valid forklift license is a distinct advantage. Move materials efficiently from the store to the assembly area to keep production flowing.
Stock & System Management: Perform stock-in and stock-out transactions for MPL & MFG, as well as all incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare debit orders for the powder coating process. Take charge of quarterly and year-end stock takes, maintaining accurate inventory records.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the assembly leader to manage the rack line, prioritise daily tasks, and resolve any operational issues. Step up to additional related duties as assigned, contributing to a flexible and supportive workshop culture.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 2–3 years in an assembly or manufacturing environment. Practical knowledge of rack assembly—ideally with EzRack, Smart Rack, or Wall Mount Casing—is essential.
Forklift Skill: Ability to operate a forklift confidently; possession of a valid forklift licence is a strong plus.
Attention to Detail: You take pride in accurate picking, careful packaging, and precise stock records. Quality is your default setting.
Physical & Safety Mindset: Comfortable with the physical demands of a workshop, from lifting to moving materials. You follow safety protocols without compromise.

Location & Transport: Based in or near Balakong, Selangor, with a reliable commute to our facility.
Compensation & Benefits
Gross Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400 per month (inclusive of allowances).
Transport Allowance: RM100 – RM125 monthly to support your commute.
Attendance Allowance: RM75 monthly as a reward for consistent attendance.
Stable Schedule: Enjoy a fixed Monday-to-Friday work week, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, giving you predictable hours and a real work-life balance.
