Assembly Technician

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400 gross, including allowance
Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125
Attendance Allowance: RM 75
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Technician to support rack assembly, warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment and be comfortable handling materials and warehouse-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform rack assembly activities for products such as EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing, and related products.
Receive and inspect incoming goods.
Check quantities and prepare outgoing goods for packaging on pallets or in wooden cases.
Pick products for Legrand and third-party requirements.
Operate forklifts for loading and unloading products.
Move materials from the store to the assembly area.
Prepare pick lists for rack assembly products.
Perform stock-in and stock-out processes for MPL and MFG.
Manage stock-in and stock-out processes for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare debit orders for powder coating processes.
Participate in quarterly and year-end stock-taking activities.
Coordinate with the Assembly Leader regarding rack-line activities.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge and experience in rack assembly is preferred.
Experience handling warehouse and material movement activities.
Ability to operate a forklift; valid forklift license is an added advantage.
Good understanding of stock-in, stock-out, picking, and inventory processes.
Physically fit and able to handle materials as required.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400 per month, including allowance.
Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125.
Attendance Allowance: RM 75.
