Business Development / Project Sales Executive – Electrical & Building Solutions
Location: Balakong, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: RM3,000 – RM9,000/month (Gross, based on experience)
Additional Benefits
RM700 monthly travel allowance (Klang Valley)
RM800 monthly travel allowance (Outstation)
RM50 toll allowance
Petrol card provided upon confirmation

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Project Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting electrical and building infrastructure solutions to project stakeholders across Malaysia.
This role is ideal for sales professionals with experience in electrical products, M&E, construction materials, HVAC, water systems, piping, or infrastructure solutions who enjoy building relationships and winning project specifications.
You will work closely with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and project owners to position our solutions from the early design stage through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities within the construction and project sales market.
Promote electrical and building infrastructure solutions to developers, consultants, architects, M&E engineers, contractors, and interior designers.
Secure product specifications during the design and planning stages of construction projects.
Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key project stakeholders.
Monitor project pipelines, tender opportunities, and market developments.
Coordinate with internal technical, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Electrical, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales.
Experience selling products or solutions within one or more of the following industries:
Electrical Products
M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
Construction
Building Materials
HVAC / Air Conditioning
Water Pumps
Water Piping
Plumbing
Industrial Products
Infrastructure Solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Own vehicle with a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel extensively within:
Klang Valley
Northern Malaysia
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Able to work onsite in Balakong, Selangor.
Preferred
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English to support interactions with a diverse customer base.
Experience working with developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, or engineering consultants.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing project pipelines.
Recent graduates with a relevant qualification and strong interest in technical or project sales are also encouraged to apply for entry-level opportunities.
