Are you passionate about sales, relationship building, and winning major construction and infrastructure projects? Join our team as a Business Development / Project Sales Executive and help deliver innovative electrical solutions to some of Malaysia's most exciting developments.
This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy meeting clients, identifying new business opportunities, and earning rewarding commissions based on project success.
What You'll Do
As a Project Sales Executive, you will:
- Build strong relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, and interior designers.
- Promote and secure product specifications during the project planning and design stages.
- Identify new business opportunities across Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, conduct product presentations, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain regular sales reports and achieve business development targets.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Project Sales
(Experienced candidates are preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
Background in any of the following industries is an advantage:
- Electrical Products
- Construction
- Building Materials
- Mechanical Engineering
- Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Water Pumps
- Water Piping
- Industrial or Engineering Solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with a wider range of clients
Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
Must possess own transportation
Able to travel extensively for client meetings and project development across:
- Klang Valley
- Northern Malaysia
- Sabah
- Sarawak
Candidates available to join immediately will have an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: (depending on experience)
